About John Badwater Consulting

Badwater basin, CA

The Name

On a road trip through the United States, John and his partner, Chris, stopped at Death Valley, California to view the vast salt flats of the Badwater Basin. John had secretly been planning to propose marriage at their next stop, the Grand Canyon. However, it was on a whim that Death Valley could be a an unusual and memorable place to propose. Chris accepted, and they chose the name "Badwater" following their marriage in 2019. For information about the Badwater Basin, tap or click the button in the image above.
