1. Participant Eligibility Requirements

As an independent NDIS worker, with my own disability, I can provide a limited range of services. Please read the following, to see if you are eligible. If you are unsure, feel free to contact me for a chat. If I am unable to assist you, I will try to help you to find an appropriate service in your area.

The following NDIS Participants are eligible for my services:

• Self-managed or Plan-managed
• Funds available in Support Category: Finding and Keeping a Job
• Employment history, with at least one job (including volunteer positions)
• Access to a computer with internet connection
• Access to phone or computer with video calling capability (such as FaceTime, Skype or Teams)

It is preferred that you have undertaken an employment assessment under Therapeutic Supports: Employment Related Assessment And Counselling. However, this is not mandatory.

I am unable to assist Participants who are Agency-managed, or school leavers and persons wishing to enter the workforce for the first time. There are specific services, such as SLES for school leavers that have the expertise to help you. Contact your support coordinator for assistance in finding a provider that best suits your needs.
