Funds must be available in the following support category

Price on the NDIA price list for 2024-25. Participants are charged the following rate wherever they live in Australia:

• $77.00 per hour

I am able to provide online supports throughout Australia using video and secure file transfer technology. Participants who live within 100km of Bathurst may opt for a face to face service. The following is required to cover my travel to and from the location of the face to face service:

• Registration Group: Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment or higher education 
• Support Item: 10_799_0102_5_3 Provider travel - non-labour costs

Price on the NDIA price list for 2024-25:

• $1.00 per kilometre (round-trip)

If you do not have these funds, contact your plan manager or support coordinator to see if they can be added to your plan. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure that they have sufficient funds available to pay for services provided by John Badwater. Payment terms will be included in our service agreement.

Job seeking and career planning are very personal and I will never try to lead the Participant down a career path that they are reluctant to take. My focus is on understanding the Participant's needs and aspirations, and helping them achieve their goals when looking for, and staying in, work. They may have a specific career goal, or simply looking for a position that will enable them to earn an income, gain more work experience and improve their self-confidence. Whether they are looking for full-time, part-time, casual or contract work, the decision is entirely theirs. The Participant may already be in employment, and looking for a job with a different employer. Participants should never be made to feel grateful for having a job, or have to settle for conditions that disempower them. I see my role as providing support and encouragement, and guidance on request from the participant.
